Kristen L. Nasser is a member of the firm’s medical malpractice group through which she represents hospitals, physicians, and nurses. She also represents long-term care facilities in litigation involving allegations of malpractice and neglect. Ms. Nasser has experience with all aspects of medical and nursing home malpractice defense, including statutory pre-suit investigation, complex discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. She has also advocated for her clients in appellate matters. Her attention to detail during investigation and discovery grants her client an advantage during negotiations, mediation, and trial.
Ms. Nasser earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Religion. She then attended Stetson University College of Law, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree. During law school, she served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Jack R. St. Arnold in the Appellate Division of the Sixth Judicial Circuit of Florida.
