Mr. Wallace attended Florida State University where he graduated in 1992 with degrees in both International Affairs and French. While completing his degrees, Mr. Wallace was a recipient of the Winthrop-King Scholarship for foreign language studies. Mr. Wallace attended Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, where he excelled in the mediation program at the law school; he garnered an award as Best Overall Oralist in the Judge Frank G. Evans National Mediation Competition, and participated on the school’s moot court team. After graduating cum laude in 1997, Mr. Wallace served as a judicial law clerk/staff attorney for the Honorable Nadine M. Ramsey at the Civil District Court.

Mr. Wallace was initially affiliated with the law firm of Moseley & Associates, P.L.C., where he provided legal counseling and representation to clients in a multi-faceted civil litigation practice, primarily in the areas of asbestos litigation, personal injury, and domestic actions. Mr. Wallace returned to Florida in 2001, where he joined Telan, Meltz, Wallace & Eide, P.A. as an Associate. He achieved Partner status in 2008 and became a shareholder in the firm in 2016.

Mr. Wallace is recognized for his practice in medical negligence defense, healthcare law, and representation of governmental clients. He has represented doctors, nurses, hospitals, and various governmental employees in administrative matters as well as litigation matters. Mr. Wallace has handled cases in Orange, Brevard, Polk, Lake, Seminole, Pinellas, Hillsborough, and Osceola counties. He is a persuasive advocate for his clients, with a reputation for succinctly explaining elements of the case, blending the facts with applicable law, and offering common-sense resolutions. Mr. Wallace’s approach has been very successful with the judiciary.

Mr. Wallace has also always found time for community involvement. In 1992, he was nominated as a Tallahassee “Volunteer of the Year” for his pro bono work with the underprivileged. He continues to participate in charity races and other civic organizations to give back to the community in which he lives. He is also an avid sports enthusiast in his free time, running marathons, skiing, bicycling, and watching all types of sports – especially when his alma mater, the Seminoles of Florida State, are on the field or court.
