Tim D. Groves

Tim D. Groves is a member of the firm’s healthcare and medical malpractice division. In this role, he has become uniquely qualified to handle a complex array of problems within the medical arena, including but not limited to, medical malpractice actions, regulation compliance, risk management, and administrative actions.

Mr. Grove’s practice focuses on medical malpractice litigation and he is adept at handling cases from pre-suit through post-verdict motion practice. In this role, he has represented a variety of clients from different facets of the medical world, including one of the largest hospital systems in the United States, one of the most well-renowned emergency medicine groups in the country, plastic surgeons, OB/GYNs, midwives, and more. He has a wealth of experience in motion practice, oral arguments, and all facets of discovery.

Perhaps most important to Mr. Grove is his ability to navigate physicians through the difficult and complex world of litigation. This includes presenting a detailed understanding of the legal process, deposition preparation, responding to state investigations, and assisting in re-credentialing and staff privilege applications. His work allows healthcare professionals to feel secure that their interests will be protected so that they can focus on what matters most – their patients. In addition to his work in healthcare, he practices in the areas of personal injury and premises liability.

Outside of the office, Mr. Groves can often be found wood-working, outdoors, or caring for his lovely cats.
